These terms of service "Agreement" govern your use of the LinkUpQR platform and related services ("LinkUpQR"). By accessing or using LinkUpQR, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from accessing or using LinkUpQR.

1. Description of Service

LinkUpQR provides a business networking tool that includes a digital business card and a network for referrals. The platform allows users to optimize their interactions, pre-qualify leads, and strengthen their professional networks with data-driven metrics.

By using LinkUpQR, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You shall not engage in any unauthorized activities or attempt to disrupt the functionality or security of LinkUpQR.

3. Privacy and Data

We value your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using LinkUpQR, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

The content and features provided by LinkUpQR, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on LinkUpQR without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

LinkUpQR is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use LinkUpQR.

6. Modification or Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate LinkUpQR at any time without notice. We may also update this Agreement from time to time. Your continued use of LinkUpQR after any modifications to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indiana. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lake County, Indiana.
