Job Title: Sales and Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and promoting our SaaS product through various marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments.

Generate leads through inbound and outbound marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, content creation, and networking.

Nurture leads through the sales funnel and convert them into paying customers.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.

Create compelling marketing content such as blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and social media posts.

Manage the distribution of marketing content across various platforms to increase brand visibility and reach.

Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, customer success, and operations to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in sales and/or marketing roles, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.

Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools is a plus.

Job Title: Customer Success Manager (CSM)

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers throughout their journey with our SaaS product.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships and understanding their needs and objectives.

Proactively engage with customers to onboard them successfully, guiding them through the implementation process and ensuring a smooth transition.

Provide ongoing support and training to customers, helping them optimize their usage of the SaaS product and achieve their desired outcomes.

Monitor customer usage and health metrics, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional features or services.

Gather feedback and insights from customers, advocating for their needs within the organization and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements.

Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise, ensuring prompt resolution and a positive customer experience.

Foster customer advocacy and loyalty, encouraging satisfied customers to provide testimonials, referrals, and case studies.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.

Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms is a plus.
